How long is a membership?
12 months. Pay monthly, or pay for the year up front and save 10%.
Can I change my mind after signing up?
Yes. Cancel within 5 days of signing up for a full refund, as long as no service has been performed.
What counts as a minor repair?
Small, everyday fixes we can finish during your visit, like a leaky faucet, a sticking door or a drywall patch. Each visit includes up to two hours of service, and materials are billed separately. Larger projects and work requiring a licensed specialist are handled separately.
What if you find something bigger during a visit?
We'll note it in your journal, explain it, and give you options, including a referral to a qualified contractor if needed.
Who will come to my home?
Keith does the visits himself. Being invited into your home is a trust we never take lightly.
